The dream of creating a candle atelier has been quietly growing in my heart for many years. Since childhood, I have loved making things with my hands and crafting delicate handmade projects. I have always paid close attention to details, striving to create everything with the utmost excellence.

My passion for candles began when I received a candle from my mother — that moment opened me to the enchanting world of candles and how they can transform an ordinary moment into something truly unique and special. The scents, the flickering shadows, the gentle crackle of the wick — it’s a full sensory experience that invites us to slow down from the fast pace of life and appreciate the small, beautiful moments woven into our daily routine.

I made my first candle eight years ago, initially just for myself and sometimes for close friends as small, heartfelt gifts for family celebrations. Since then, I’ve dreamed of my own little atelier, carefully imagining and crafting every detail over the years.

I’m Brazilian, married, and have lived in Mexico before recently moving to Michigan. Even with the challenges of being in a new place, not yet fluent in English, and not knowing many people yet, I decided it was time to take the leap. I want to invite others to discover how the ordinary can become extraordinary through simple, mindful rituals — like lighting a candle.

Enchanté is born from this dream — a place where clean-burning, non-toxic, vegan candles made with coconut and apricot wax, wood and cotton wicks, and premium phthalate-free fragrances come together to create an experience of warmth, elegance, and intimate luxury. Each candle is handcrafted with care and intention, designed to be more than just light and scent — but a companion to your moments of calm and self-love.
