Shipping Timeframes
At Enchanté, we carefully handcraft each candle to order, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to prepare your shipment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times typically range from:

Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days (if available)
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.

Order Support
If your order hasn't arrived, seems lost, or if you received an incorrect or damaged item, we're here to help.
Please contact us at discoverenchante@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos are helpful too, if applicable).
Please note: Our candles are handcrafted in small batches, and slight variations between items are part of their natural, artisanal character. That said, we do our absolute best to ensure each piece is as close to perfection as possible.
We’ll do our best to resolve everything quickly and kindly.

Returns & Refunds
Return Period: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the candle is unused, unburned, and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number—we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returned items, except when the return is due to damage or error on our part.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
